The Digitising Children’s Data Collection (DCDC) for Health Project consists of two separate applications.
The ‘Supporting Server Application’ (SSA), and the Tablet Application (TA).
The combined applications provide the functionality to allow ‘Study Groups’ to design and build multi-method research studies that children between the ages of 5 and 8 can participate in via tablet devices.
It uses a mixed-method approach which can collect data over a longer period of time than is currently possible with paper-based data collection approaches and provides more flexibility for data collection.
Please ensure that you have read the End User Licence Agreement (EULA) and the support manual before downloading this application.
It is important that users are aware of the licencing, data protection and data management details of using this application.
There are no details collected by the app in relation to location or other data, only the data collected within the app using the set methods and questions will be sent back to the SSA.
